Thrilling Gold DMA Award win for The Lettershop Group and Titan Travel | YM Group

Leeds 03/12/20 – The Lettershop Group and Titan Travel are overjoyed to have won Two Gold awards at the DMA Awards 2020. The two awards were for Best Use of Mail and Travel & Leisure with Titan Travel’s worldwide brochure – a personalised travel experience.

The entries focused on the value Titan Travel place on its printed brochures and the work required to use this form of marketing to maximum effect. Showcasing the brilliant use of customer segmentation and data analysis, Titan Travel and The Lettershop Group with companies across the YM Group applied this understanding to create a refined customer-centric brochure that featured multiple layers of personalisation cover to cover.

As well as achieving a phenomenal conversion rate and ROI, Titan’s customers loved their personalised brochure experience so much they shared the brochures across social media providing Titan natural advocacy and word of mouth promotion.  The project’s success is amplified more by the fact the brochure campaign landed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and first nationwide lockdown.
