Group Sales Executive

The YM Group are looking for a Sales professional for their Commercial Web Sales Division. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, they will have a proven sales track record in commercial web offset print sales with strong communication skills and be IT literate. The successful applicant will thrive on the ability to hit and exceed budgetary targets, develop relationships with their customers, work within an experienced and vibrant team but also work individually. They should also have the ability to successfully cross-sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and developing a solid sales pipeline
  • Presenting sales propositions to a range of prospective clients
  • Negotiating/selling group-wide offering to prospective clients
  • Meeting/exceeding sales goals, seeking out opportunities and closing sales leads
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, working with Salesforce CRM as the company reporting and support system
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and new initiatives
  • Understanding and promoting new company products, service and innovations

 Requirements:

  • Experience in sales with a positive, proactive persona
  • A self-starter, able to build a successful pipeline and work on their own diary/activities
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Articulate and convincing with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills and relationship developer, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Social media savvy
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work comfortably in an exciting, fast-paced environment

Salesforce Administrator

Based in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis

Role Overview

YM Group are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to help take our Salesforce project to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of the Business Development team, the Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce system.  Candidates need to demonstrate previous success in implementing, improving processes and adoption of Salesforce. The administrator will work closely with senior management, Group business streams, and key stakeholders to identify, develop and deploy improved customer visibility, core sales performance and standardisation of procedures. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with approximately 70 users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, workflows and other routine tasks including some data input
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (Talend)
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with the Group’s senior management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users and Salesforce
  • Work independently with users to define and document development requirements 
  • Create and maintain documentation to help users get the most out of the system and act as a quick-reference guide
