Customer Service Representative – Mailing

Our ethos is ‘now anything’s possible’ and we have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team, primarily focussing on the delivery of innovative mailing solutions.
Working in partnership with other areas of the business, you will be responsible for professionally managing customer accounts to ensure that our customers receive a quality service and product from our mailing operations team. In order to manage complex accounts, you will require a high degree of enthusiasm and commitment along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work to tight production schedules.
You will have previous experience of dealing with customers, either face to face or on the phone. Additionally, you should have excellent planning and organisational skills together with a ‘right first time approach’ to the role. Knowledge of mailing and/or the print production process would be a distinct advantage, however training can be provided. In order to meet customer requirements, you should have a flexible approach to your hours of work and a willingness to travel to customer’s premises if required.
