Thursday 14th March 2019 saw the YM Group hold it’s much anticipated annual Customer Experience Day at it’s Pindar factory in Scarborough. This educational and awareness day attracted the largest attendance to date with over 45 key customers and prospects in attendance across the retail, mail order and publishing sectors. Delegates were treated to a number of the YM Group’s experts take them through and in-depth analysis into the printing industry and end to end print process. They were also introduced to the YM Groups market leading innovative solutions like the award winning Paperwrap which helps combats the war on plastic for magazine and publishing customers, and the recently launched Partially Addressed solution which helps marketing customers effectively maximise their budgets in a post GDPR world.
The day was the most successful event to date receiving excellent feedback from all attending and the planning for next year’s event will begin shortly.
